At Manta Diving Lanzarote in Puerto del Carmen, you’ll learn basic scuba skills in waist-deep water before spending 30 to 35 minutes underwater at Playa Chica, reaching about 5 to 6 metres. An SSI instructor stays with you throughout. Equipment and 10 to 20 souvenir photos are included.

Start at 8:30 am with Aquatis Diving Lanzarote, then travel to Playa Chica Beach for two 40-minute underwater sessions. You begin at 5 meters to learn the basics, take a short break, then reach 12 meters. Instructors including Georg and Chris offer close guidance, while gear, transport, insurance, water, and a snack are included.

In Costa Teguise, you’ll walk underwater in a clear panoramic helmet linked by air hose to a boat above. Guides including Victor, Danny, and Jose Luis help you feel at ease while fish gather around the route. The small group lasts 30 minutes, and photos and videos are optional extras.

Meet Aquatis Diving Lanzarote for a calm, beginner-friendly introduction to scuba. You will learn basic safety and hand signals, practice in shallow water, then spend up to 40 to 50 minutes exploring Lanzarote’s volcanic seabed at a maximum depth of 6 meters. Pickups run from Puerto del Carmen, Arrecife, and Costa Teguise.

Meet the Atlantis team at Playa Chica, not the dive centre, for a safety lesson and two shore-based scuba sessions. An instructor stays with no more than two beginners, guiding you first to 6 metres, then to 12 metres. Expect warm clear water, fish, octopus, cuttlefish, and a completion diploma.
