“The Hop On Hop Off experience in Barcelona was horrendous. It was windy and rainy and the driver forced us to the upper level. Although the top was covered the sides were not. All four of us got drenched and froze. We hopped off at the second stop and took a cab back to the ship. Immediately upon returning to the ship, I sent several notes to Viator requesting a refund. My requests were completely ignored. Unless this is reconciled by Viator or the Hop Off - Hop On company we’ll never use Viator again.
